Hello everyone, I hope you’ve all I’d a great Christmas!
A couple of weeks ago, I woke up and was told by Andy to be ready within the hour because we were going out. Once ready, we went and picked up my mum, dad and nan for this surprise.
After being in the car for a bit, we arrived at Sanders garden centre and I just knew why we were there. Every Christmas, they are host to the circus and I could just tell I would be going. Funnily enough, I had said to Andy a couple of weeks ago that I had never been to a circus before. He obviously took note of this and has gained my of brownie points from me.
We arrived nice and early so that I could look around the garden centre too. I love all their decorations each year and made sure to buy Andy some chocolate to say thank you for my surprise.
We then joined the queue for the circus and chose our seats. Andy then treated us to popcorn which tasted amazing. Having never been to a circus before, I wasn’t completely sure what to expect, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It started off with two men moving inside and outside what I can only describe as two hamster wheels, before watching a trapeze act. The inbetween act, although funny, just reminded me so much of Billy from DIY SOS. My favourite acts were the lady with the hoop and the laser man act – I was completely mesmerized.
Overall, it blew me away and I can’t wait to go back. A huge thank you goes to my boyfriend Andy for surprising and treating me – I felt well and truly spoilt!

That was a nice surprise from your guy. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a circus but I think they’re enjoyable.
