  1. I had LASIK eye surgery done about 8 years ago and have been on top of my eye health ever since. I make sure there’s adequate lighting throughout the evening, especially if I’m in front of any screens or reading. I definitely agree on investing in a good pair of sunglasses and blue light glasses. Great advice you’ve shared!

  2. As a glasses wearer for majority of my life, these tips are super important and something I’ve had to take extra care with. Since moving to a warmer, dryer climate, it’s not uncommon for many of us to invest in eye drops. It’s also very bright here so sunglasses are a must, especially if you’re not used to it.
