It’s not just about drinking your 2 liters of water a day—though that should be a priority. You could opt for water with added flavors, such as lemon or cucumber, not only for enjoyment but also for their cleansing properties. These additions can make water more palatable, encouraging you to drink more.

If you find you still struggle to meet your hydration goals, you can also gain hydration from various foods, such as refreshing citrus fruits, hearty soups, and nutrient-packed smoothies, which can be particularly comforting during colder months.Remember, staying hydrated plays a significant role in maintaining energy levels, supporting digestion, and even keeping your skin healthy and glowing.

Skincare routine

It doesn’t matter if your skincare routine has 3 steps to it or 30 steps to it, as long as it works for you and you’re consistent with your application. The main things you want to be doing during winter are:

Cold weather, as well as the sudden temperature changes from being outside to going inside, can really dry your skin out, stripping it of its natural moisture.
