Outfit Of The Day – Daytime Sparkle

For the past few months, most of us have been living in nice comfortable loungewear and pyjamas. Because of this, I haven’t done as many fashion posts as I would have usually done. However, now that things are returning to somewhat normal, I thought it was about time I put together an outfit to show you.

I was contacted by the lovely Belinda from Bels Bling a little while ago and asked if I would like to receive a sample of some of her jewellery, which I said yes to. This formed the basis of today’s outfit that I’m showing you and the idea formed to create a simple outfit with a bit of sparkle. 

Before I get onto the outfit itself, I wanted to tell you a bit about Bels Bling. Started by Belinda, Bels Bling sells pretty and unique accessories from hair accessories and handbags to jewellery and scarves. They are all really affordable and would make a great gift for someone, or even a treat for yourself. An added bonus is that there is free UK shipping on all products across their website. 

I was very kindly sent this gorgeous necklace and earring set which I knew would add a little bit of glitz to any outfit without being too over the top. I love how the gold mixes with white crackle effect to create a style that could be worn by day and night. The earrings are really comfortable and adds a bit of sparkle.

For the outfit, I decided on choosing an outfit that I would wear to the pub for a couple of drinks. The white t-shirt is from Pretty Little thing and has the quote “In a world where you can be anything… be kind”. The wet look leggings are from eBay and were really affordable, whilst the shoes are from Marks and Spencers, although I managed to pick them up brand new, with the tags still on, in a charity shop for a fraction of the cost.

  1. The necklace is gorgeous, I love the colour and the design of it. I’ve always been more of a chunky jewellery wearer over delicate things.

  20. Loving the artfully contrasting colors of your outfit! The color of those heels makes me want them, and I love how the gold of the jewelry compliments them. The earrings are a pair I would love to have. 🙂
