Hello my lovelies, how are you all doing?
I thought I would do a slightly different kind of post today and have a bit of a catch up. I used to do these all the time on my previous blog but rarely do anything like that these days.

Blog Advertising
Firstly, I wanted to share the news that I’ve got a December Blog Advertising special offer. If you’re a blogger who is looking to gain those all important backlinks to help increase your DA and drive more traffic to your website, this could be perfect for you. My DA is currently sat at 15 although I am constantly working hard to improve my blog. Therefore this might increase by December. I’ve only got limited spaces available for this offer. I’d like to give each blogger as much focus as I can, so book in quickly.
Sticking with the blog advertising topic, I have two spaces left for November for my standard advertising packages. Once these are gone, that will be all slots sold out for the year. I’m also continuing with the blog advertising service into next year. If you would like to book in for then, email kellydiane94@hotmail.co.uk
Future Content
I have always classed myself as a lifestyle blogger and focus a lot of content around that. I’m interested to know what you would like to see on The Kelly Diane Report. I’d love to talk more about subjects regarding my health, both physically and mentally. However, is there something you’d like me to talk about? Leave any suggestions in the comments below.
One way I have been focusing on growing my blog is through my mailing list. I’m aiming for it to be a place where I can send exclusive content, freebies and so much more in the coming months. If you are not already subscribed, it would mean the world to me if you would sign up.
Aside from my blog, I feel like my mental health has taken a bit of a dip recently. I was quite happen in my own little bubble during lockdown, just pottering around the house. Now that things are opening up again, I feel a little bit sad that I can’t spend more time at home. At the same time, I’m happy that events are being able to take place again. I’ve already been to two and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
I’m going to be restarting my Blogger Community Facebook Group again and would love for you to join. I’d really like it to be a space where we can all share content, ask and answer questions. I also want it to be a place where friendships flourish. Where we can chat and be supportive about things aside from blogging.
Final Thoughts
You will be pleased to know I think that’s all I wanted to update you on, so I will stop rambling now. I’ve really enjoyed this little catch up and I’m looking forward to hearing your responses. I’m off to enjoy this glorious weather we are suddenly having. I hope you all have a lovely week!
I’m looking forward to more lifestyle blog posts!

I think many peoples mental health took a turn for the worse, so you are not alone. And I love the lifestyle posts you write and would love to see more of these. 🙂
It has definitely been a testing time for us all
It’s so interesting to hear how things opening back up is impacting you, but I’m sorry that it hasn’t been all pleasant. I think a lot of people might start to experience that too.
With so many people not liking change, its definitely going to take some getting used to
I love these kind of blog posts, it’s always nice to hear what people have got planned. I’m excited to see what kind of content you do come with next – I think it’s just important to enjoy yourself writing it, regardless of whether it fits with a ‘niche’ but that’s because I’ve got the flexibility of just blogging for fun. Great little catch up!
Thank you. I completely agree its important to find writing enjoyable.
Your content is always enjoyable so my vote is for anything you want or need to post about at that moment. I loved this catch up post!
Thank you, thats lovely to hear.
I fully understand the feelings you have around enjoying being indoors and facing the changes coming of things opening up again. I feel the same way. I hope you get to do some self-care to ease this and that you continue to look after your mental health.
Its definitely going to take some getting used to. I’m glad I’m not alone in thinking that way.

Thank you, its something that I’d love to talk about more
Write about what is on your heart. If that is health, then do that right now. Many of us are fighting similar fights and knowing we’re not alone is crucial.
That’s a great idea, thank you
Your blog is always reliable and great! We all have anxiety about opening up. It feels a bit tentative at the moment. My colleague got covid yesterday and it brings home how close it sadly is.
That’s lovely of you to say, thank you. It definitely does when its people you know.
I think its great you’re going to write about your health! And I feel the very same when I think about going back to the office or out and about. Looking forward to seeing what the future of your blog looks like!
Thank you 🙂
I love this little update 🙂 as a blogger you might have a million and one projects that you’re working on- so it’s great to let your followers know. Thanks for sharing x
Thank you. There’s definitely a lot that goes on behind the scenes.
I feel the exact same way about opening up and having to spend more time outside home. I really worry about how the things will turn out with covid, but I remain positive.
Just joined your mailing list and looking forward to start getting your emails.
I liked this post cause it is important to communicate your readers your thoughts on your blog and also be interested about what they want to read.
I am thinking about some advertising in December but will contact you when I make up my mind.
Thank you 🙂
Thank you. I’ll hopefully look forward to hearing from you 🙂

I felt exactly the same after lockdown ended, my mental health was at an all time low and I didn’t post on my blog for months (finally posted last night). It was horrible but I’m so looking forward to what you have planned for your blog and well done on your DA score x

Thank you sweet. Its definitely been a rollercoaster of emotions recently.
I really love catch up posts, they always give a chance to share things you wouldn’t otherwise! I kind of feel the same with everything reopening, so hope you will feel better! I really love your lifestyle and books posts x
Thank you, thats great to hear.
Howdy, Kelly, much thanks for this quick catchup. Since I’m new to adding blogging to my services perhaps you can point me in a direction–recent post of yours?–that tells us newbies what blog advertising is and why we need those all-needed backlinks, plus what the heck are they?.
Blog advertising is a great way of building backlinks, which in turn increase your DA. When you work with brands, a lot of them will ask for your Domain Authority score. Its basically a number from 1-100 that is all to do with how highly you rank on Google. Whilst I don’t have full blog posts on this, I will tag some amazing bloggers who do over on Twitter for you.
That’s a great progress doing other things. I’m yet to open spots for advertising but would love to give a chance helping other content creators to get more traffic.
It definitely gives you that feel good feeling
I love this type of post. Its a great way to update your readers on what’s happening.
I would love to read more content about health / wellness and particularly mental health. It’s always great to have someone else’s perspective on the issue, and hopefully we can collectively raise awareness & end the stigma xx
That is a very good point you’ve made. I’ll definitely be writing more around mental health in the future.
I love lifestyle and health blog posts!
That’s great to hear.
Your plans sounds great and productive. I’m a fan of lifestyle blog posts personally but post lockdown mental health posts have been appreciated by many. I’m looking forward to reading more of your work. Thanks for sharing
