*AD – Be curious with this amazing Curiosity Journal post contains items gifted to me in exchange for a review. For more information, check out my disclaimer.
Journaling is a great way of noting down things stuck in your head, as well as keeping track of a number of things including habits and moods. Journaling can be anything you want it to be. Ultimately its a great form of self care. A chance to put pen to paper and write down those thoughts.
I have been a fan of journaling for a long time and have flitted in and out of it over the years. When I was contacted and asked if I would like to try the Curiosity Journal, I said yes straight about. Not sure what a curiosity journal is? Keep reading to find out…
What is a Curiosity Journal?
The Curiosity Journal aims to help people break down those big questions we often ask ourselves in life. From where is why relationship going, to what’s the next step in my career and so much in-between. By using a Curiosity Journal, you are supported in taking meaningful steps towards answering these questions and leading a fulfilled life.
Based on the Curiosity Mindset, the Curiosity Journal helps you to think more clearly, act with confidence and most importantly, make progress. Its designed by thought leaders in psychology, mindset, business and productivity to help you be your best you. The Curiosity Journal is designed to help you get unstuck, find clarity and inspiration. In addition, it will also help you to reawaken your curiosity.
My Thoughts
Firstly, the book is beautifully bound in great quality, complete with a book marker so you can easily find your place. Just inside the front cover is a quote which I absolutely love and think it sums up perfectly what this journal is about…
Curiosity is not about asking endless questions, it’s about asking better questions. It’s about peeling back the layers of the challenges we encounter, so that we can find better answers, and move forward with confidence.
Working through this journal, I’ve been able to think more deeply about certain areas of my life. I’ve been able to question whether or not I’m on the right path. Most importantly, I’ve been able to delve deeper into how I’m feeling using some of the question prompts and activities.
When it comes to a lot of structured journals on the market, I’ve always found there isn’t quite enough space for my answers. I end up writing on paper which defeats the whole concept. However with the Curiosity Journal, there is so much space to jot ideas and questions down.
I mentioned above that a curiosity journal could be a great form of self-care. It could also make a lovely gift for someone too. Perhaps you could purchase a pretty pen too and create your own giftset.
Final Thoughts
Ultimately, I have loved discovering and testing out the Curiosity Journal. I know I will continue to do so for many months to come. I’d highly recommend purchasing this journal, either for yourself or as a gift for someone. No matter what stage your life is on, you will benefit greatly from this unique yet helpful journal.
