*AD – The best way to try Asian food is a sponsored post

I’ve been wanting to write this post for such a long time but as you can probably imagine, life with a newborn is hectic to say the least. But I am so excited to be sharing some products with you that I know you are going to love. Like I said, time is limited at the moment, so let’s jump straight into it.

Introducing Morueats

Are you a lover of Asian food? Or maybe you are someone like me who would like to try Asian food but just don’t know where to begin. Well believe me when I say Morueats is the place for you. They are THE Asian shop that you need in your life. With hundreds of carefully chosen Asian supermarket and grocery products from the likes of China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and more.

One of the things that is perfect for a novice like me is how easy to navigate the Morueats website is. I’m able to search by region or diet requirements as well as collections such as pantry or sweets. It means that I can select the kind of products I know I would enjoy.

Added to that, Morueats have also collated some wonderful gift sets for you to enjoy. These don’t have to be gifted to someone else. Instead, these can be the perfect way to try out a selection of products. I personally love the look of the Japanese Cooking Essentials gift set and the All The Asian Snacks gift set.

My first proper taste of Asian snacks

As I’ve mentioned above, I was a complete novice before trying out this selection. The only Asian food I had tried beforehand was a couple of dishes from my local Chinese takeaway.

Firstly, the tasty instant noodles are a winner for me. I need something that is quick and easy to make but still has a great flavour and these definitely tick those boxes. Some of the products are more of an acquired taste such as the Matcha Bubble Tea, Matcha Latte Flavour Boba Mochi and the Matcha Creamy Candy. In recent months, I know that matcha has been all the rage, so if that is something you enjoy, you will definitely love these.

Something I was pleasantly surprised with is the Cappuccino Candy. I’m not usually a fan of coffee flavoured sweets but these from Kopiko are so addictive. The taste is not overpowering and if anything, they remind me of a Werther’s original.

There are definitely some stand out products for me and ones that I will definitely be reordering from Morueats. These are the Pocky strawberry flavoured biscuits, the Grape Mochi ( I couldn’t stop eating these), the Hello Panda biscuits with chocolate filling and the Hi-Chew sweets.

Final Thoughts

Overall I’ve loved trying out all of these Asian goodies and have definitely found some new firm favourites. With a fast, yet efficient delivery service and wonderful customer service, I’d highly recommend Morueats. Without a doubt, it is the place to order your Asian groceries and treats, whether you are an experienced Asian food lover or a complete novice like me.

  1. Yes, I love Asian food, especially Vietnamese and Thai (so south asian cuisine). I’m mostly used to eating dishes, so the idea of trying Asian snacks is new to me. That said, I’d love to try them and have a new culinary experience. Thanks for sharing!
