I have spent years taking selfies and have so many photos that all look the same yet I’ve angled my head differently to get the light in the right place. I’m not one of these people who looks flawless in every photo, neither am I someone who would edit my photo to make me look thinner or hide blemishes.
Cotton Bag Co recently got in touch and asked if I would like to test out their Selfie Bag. When it arrived, I saw it had not only a gorgeous print, but it had a zip. I love using canvas bags but I always worry that something will fall out and so to have a zip made me like the bag even more.
Onto the contents of the bag and I had been told that it would contain everything I needed to get the perfect selfie. The first thing I noticed was the LED ring light, which you can attach to your phone and comes with a charger so you can reuse it. Next up is a Bluetooth tripod selfie stick, which is perfect for group photos, holiday photos and outfit shots. Lastly is a pop up reflector which I’ve wanted to get my hands on for a while. It even comes tucked up in its own mini bag. Inside the bag is also a pocket for you valuables, so that you don’t have to hunt in the bottom of your bag for your keys or phone. All of this and a great quality bag for only £27.95.
I’ve taken a photo of before and after using the pop up reflector so that you can see the difference. Personally I really like it because it adds a subtle difference but really improves the overall selfie. I’ve also been trying out both the selfie stick and ring light which have both made it so much easier to get the right photo.

I love how cute this bag is! I have never heard of a pop-up reflector, but it sounds like an amazing tool for taking good pictures, as proven by your selfies.

I’m at the stage where I take about 20 selfies, look through them, pick the best one then end up hating it, haha! I recently got a light to go on my phone so I’ll see if that helps!
