How To Add Personality To Any Room With Photowall

AD – Items in this post have been gifted to me in exchange for a review. This doesn’t affect any opinions stated within this post.

2020 has been the year when most of us have been at home. Its led me to re-evaluate my home and choose areas that I want to change. As a result, I’ve found myself spending hours looking on Pinterest looking for ideas. As with most things, it took me a while to work out my style. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that I love black and white photos. I definitely love mixing colourful accessories with black and white prints. My living room is pink and grey themed whilst on the wall I have black and white vintage photos.

When Photowall got in touch and asked me if I would like to try some of their wall art, I had a look on their website straight away. I was amazing at just how much choice they had and instantly knew I wanted to work with them.

Who is Photowall?

Photowall is a Swedish wall art company. They specialise in wallpaper, canvas prints, framed prints and posters. There are literally thousands of designs to choose from and they come in sizes to suit your needs. Photowall aim to create inspiring living spaces with personality. You can even upload your own image to use, with experts on hand if you need help. You can ask the experts to change the colouring of an image or even add or remove an object within the photo. All this is done to ensure you are happy with the art work you are ordering.

One of the things I love most about Photowall is that they are conscious of the impact their business has on the environment. The work in partnership with Vi Agroforestry, with around 5000 trees every year being planted between them. Everything you see on the Photowall website is produced to order, keeping their environmental impact to a minimum.

My Thoughts

I knew I wanted a canvas print but it took me quite a while to pick out which design I wanted. This was just because there were so many that I loved the look of. I finally decided on the Vintage Airplane On A Runway in black and white. Photowall send all of their canvas prints unmounted, but with all of the things in the box you need to assemble it yourself. It is really easy to do and you don’t even need any tools.

Once my order was placed, I was kept in the loop at every stage. I couldn’t believe how quickly my canvas print was dispatched and received by me. Photowall offer free UK delivery and packages are shipped in 1-3 days which is great.

I actually went for one of the larger sizes because I’m hoping to create a mural wall effect in one of our bedrooms. I wanted something that would be simple yet eye catching and just by looking at my canvas print, I have definitely made the right decision. We are currently still painting the room so I’m yet to put it up on the wall but I can’t wait to see what the room looks like when its finished. The canvas print is such amazing quality, I definitely want to pick up a few more for other areas of the house.

  1. I love the way that a little artwork can totally transform a room. We’ve actually been looking for something for a spot in our dining room, so I’ll have to check out what Photowall has to offer! It’s looking a little bare right now lol

  4. I’ve been the exact same, spending so much time within the same four walls has really made me want to redesign and make my living space somewhere I can be creative but also able to relax too. I admit definitely been spending way too many hours scrolling through Pinterest too looking for inspiration. I also love the print you choose – such an eye-catching choice! Thank you for sharing.
